The Mentorship campaign is an internal campaign of the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation to recruit mentors for Programme Participants – most of which are sourced from existing participants and Fellows.
Many of our clients in the non-profit sector run internal campaigns from time to time. This means that communication and design must be focused on an internal audience with different needs to the external audiences we communicate to more regularly.
To address this challenge, we started with a campaign look & feel that would resonate with the internal Allan Gray Orbis Foundation audience. We also designed a Mentorship handbook that would become the basis from which Mentors would work to engage their mentees.
We helped the client reach their internal mentorship application goals and created new enthusiasm in the Foundation’s ecosystem towards mentorship.
