Services we provided

The challenge

The client approached us to solve two main challenges: refreshing the website to provide a smoother, more accessible website architecture that reflected a modern user experience, and effectively reaching their target audience to generate marketing-qualified leads. They sought our expertise for a comprehensive website audit, revamp, and guidance on boosting website inquiries and conversions.

The solution

Following a website audit, we recommended design and content enhancements to improve the user experience, facilitating a clearer understanding of the service offering and simplifying the inquiry submission process. Additionally, we crafted a detailed Pay-Per-Click strategy, proposing the use of Google Ads to boost conversion rates.

The result

As a result of the website revamp and conversion rate optimisation activities, the website experienced a 211% increase in engagement rates and a 134% improvement in session durations. This means that users were more than three times as likely to engage with the pages by clicking on one of the buttons and they spent more than double the amount of time browsing the pages before clicking away. The improved user journey, combined with a 60% increase in campaign investment, resulted in a 300% increase in marketing-qualified leads.
